Description: Here is a great French Bronze of the Bard-William Shakespeare. It has been done by Auguste POITEVIN--One of France's Eminent Artists! Born 1818-Died 1873. This would have had a Base of either Marble or Wood. But this stands well without. Tip of right finger gone, very small piece! His Bronzes sell for HIGH prices. Good Condition for its age being made Circa 1845. To BUY or not to BUY--that is the question! This measures: Base 12cm and Shakespeare stands 34cm in height! Now Offered at a reduced price!

In 40 years of dealing in Antiques, I have never charged for Wrapping & Packing items for Shipment---now unfortunately because of rising costs of materials in which to wrap and pack such securely so your item arrives intact--I am having to charge the following costs--ITEMS FOR DELIVERY IN THE UK--£15--ITEMS FOR OVERSEAS DELIVERY £25.
