A very nice Avery Scales and Weights on stand
Description: A very nice AVERY Scales with a variety of Weights (all Brass) surmounted on a specially made Board with indentations for the Weights--according to the amount. Great for Shop Display or use in the Kitchen. The Scales are made to weigh up to 2 Lb and therefore I believe they would have been a Confectionery Scale. Back in the late 1940's and the 1950's I used to buy 4 ounces of Sweets. Sold to me from a similar Scale. THOSE WERE THE DAYS indeed!
