Description: This heavy Dark Oak Flemish Carved Bench is from the 1850's It is a really good piece with Storage (much more than many other benches have) under the seating. Highly Carved and depicting Tavern Scenes. This is a tribute to the Flemish Craftsmen of that era. Measurements are: 49 inches in Length--20 inches in Depth--Seat Height 18 inches--Overall Height 44 inches. A very heavy Solid One Piece Oak Seat. Very suitable for a Country House Hotel. Would look good in a nice house as well. You pay your money---you make your choice as they say!!
