Description: How about a beautifully kept and recently polished by hand (by me) WELSH JAM PAN! Every Welsh farm and home where the wife would make their own Jams owned one of these-- This has been brought up to night on perfect. It has an Iron Handle and is very heavy SOLID BRASS. The Diameter is 31cm tapering to 25cm and the depth is 18.5cm
