Description: This is a nice Chess Set---made of possibly a Composite material, Each Character is different apart from the Pawns--You have 'The Thinker' instead of a Castle then the Knight is a Horse's Head on a Column, The King and Queen are Grecian figures and the Bishops look more like Mandarin subjects. Bothe Queens have been restored (Heads) and minor chips elsewhere. The Board is again possibly of a Wood and Composite material. The Board measure 60cm Square. A good playable item or for the Chess Buff or for Collectors of Chess Pieces.
